Einen Tag, nachdem ich am Rosenmontag aus Deutschland in die USA zurückgekehrt bin, habe ich schon wieder im Flieger Richtung Monterrey gesessen. Einige, wichtige Besprechungen standen auf der Agenda, u.a. ein Meeting aller Modulleiter des Projektes. Die ersten beiden Nächte habe ich im Hotel Crown Plaza verbracht um dann -auf Empfehlung von Claudia (Vielen Dank!)- das Gästezimmer in Claudia+Andreas' Haus zu nutzen. Hatte vor allem den Vorteil, dass ich mit Andreas zur Arbeit fahren konnte.
Freitag und Samstag sind wir dann zusammen mit den anderen Deutschen im "barrio antiguo" unterwegs gewesen. Samstag- und Sonntagnachmittag haben wir uns dann jeweils bei Christian und Heidi getroffen und das schöne Wetter (über 30 Grad Celsius) in deren Garten genossen.
Samstagabend waren wir auf einer Grilparty bei Lutz und Cora eingeladen - nette Sache die Spass gemacht hat. So lernt man natürlich auch mehr und mehr Deutsche in Monterrey kennen!
Sonntagabend habe ich dann auch noch kurz Pily und Sven getroffen, die uns kurz besucht haben. Hat mich gefreut, die beiden nach längerer Zeit nochmal zu treffen (also dann bis zum nächsten Mal!)
